My goal in Burning Crusade has always been to finish Black Temple and down Illidan. My guild is close, we’re working on the Illidari council, but the closer we get to WotLK, the less likely it gets that we’ll kill him. People are starting to play less. I guess they need to take a break from the game so when the expansion drops they can play for 18 hours a day. A couple of raiding guilds that are just below us in progression broke up or quit raiding in the last couple of weeks and I’m sure they won’t be the only ones. Now I understand why all of this is happening, but goddammit people, I want to kill Illidan!
I’m moving back to Vegas in November and I’ll be taking a little break from the game when I get there, so I’ve got about six weeks to finish Black Temple. I’ll live if I don’t clear the place, but it would be nice.
I bet all of you absent bastards are playing the Warhammer beta, aren’t you?

We’re at Bloodboil atm, and the closer we get to LK the less raiders we’re gonna be left with imho aswell.

Randomly stumble onto your blog.
Wait till you are in a Illidan clearing guild with no chance of clearing sunwell. Then you lose your raiders in these 2 months because 1) half your people are winding down for woltk, 2) the other half want to clear sunwell. I saw 2 guilds in this category collapsed already. And it seems we are heading there as well. Be glad you’ll still be playing with the same guildies come woltk.

Heh dont get your hopes up mr angryraidleader. Once you actually get Illidan( We killed him this month) Half your people will feel like they have achieved greatness and therefore do not have 2 do so again.
The day after Illidan died the first bunch of people either lets us know they are going on a break/have RL stuff/stop playing al2gether/play a new game/or simply wish to raid less.
this severly gimps us… atm we can keep the raids running but we also need to recruit……again…. otherwise we wont be able to form raids when 1 person cant make it( or a less then 25 man raid.)
